Under our previous name of World Directories, we have gained an experience spanning decades in the international directories market. As Truvo, this expertise is combined with a new cross-media vision to guide our future endeavours.

 

Truvo is jointly owned by  Apax and Cinven, two private equity companies based in the UK.

World Directories was acquired from VNU in 2005, and became Truvo in September 2007. 

 

An annual report is produced and we provide quarterly financial and business updates for our bondholders, copies of which are available on this site.
