Deep Interactions: Sitting with our insurance team and building AI agents to automate workflows and building models to deeply understand insurance carrier appetite
API Integration: Constructing deep API integrations into insurance carriers
Shipping from Day One: Deploying to production and moving extremely quickly, while taking full responsibility for your projects
Problem Solver: You love working on messy, high-impact problems that most people would walk away from
Builder and Owner: You take ideas from zero to one quickly. You thrive in ambiguity, figure things out, and ship
Applied AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents — building, fine-tuning, or deploying them in production

Book Building: Growing and retaining your book of business with renewals, cross-sells, and genuine customer relationships
Licensed: Active P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
