Open Positions
Chief of Staff
We are looking for someone from a top-tier background — consulting, banking, high-growth startups, or similar — who is ready to roll up their sleeves and operate at the speed a seed-stage company demands.
At Truvo, we are building a fully autonomous consumer insurance broker — saving the average household hundreds of dollars on insurance while better protecting people for the worst moments in their lives. We are rewiring a trillion-dollar industry that still runs on phone calls, fax machines, and legacy carrier systems. We raised our seed, built a best-in-class AI-native broker platform with AI agents that quote, bind, and service policies autonomously, and are scaling an exceptional team.
As Chief of Staff, you will be the CEO's right hand — owning the most critical workstreams across the business and building out the operational backbone of the company. This is not an advisory role; you will have direct ownership of cross-functional initiatives, drive execution on company priorities, and help build and lead the team around you. We are looking for someone from a top-tier background — consulting, banking, high-growth startups, or similar — who is ready to roll up their sleeves and operate at the speed a seed-stage company demands.
Your Day to Day at Truvo
Strategic Operations: Own and drive the company's highest-priority initiatives end-to-end — from scoping to execution to measurement
Team Building: Help recruit, onboard, and manage a growing team — you will be instrumental in building out operations, sales, and GTM functions
Analytics & Decision Support: Build the data infrastructure for key decisions — lead conversion funnels, unit economics, carrier performance, growth modeling
Go-to-Market: Drive lead gen strategy, partnership outreach, and carrier relationship development
Fundraising & Investor Relations: Manage investor communications, deck iterations, data room, and follow-ups as we scale toward Series A
Communications: Draft investor updates, board materials, internal docs, and external comms
Whatever's Most Important: The shape of this role evolves weekly — you will always be working on what matters most
Requirements
Pedigree: Top-tier experience at a brand-name firm — MBB consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup with a strong leadership team
Analytical Ability: You can build a financial model, dissect a funnel, and find signal in messy data
Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication — you can own an investor email, a board deck, or an internal strategy doc without hand-holding
Operator Mentality: You figure things out before asking, ship before it is perfect, and hold yourself to a high bar
Leadership Potential: You have managed people or projects and are ready to build and lead a team
Genuine Interest: In insurance, fintech, or AI — bonus if you have worked in any of these
Head of Marketing
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale our growth engine — someone who is deeply data-driven, obsessed with measuring what works, and capable of building a marketing function from zero to one.

Your Day to Day at Truvo
Data-Driven Growth: Build and own the marketing analytics stack — attribution, CAC optimization, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization across all channels
Performance Marketing: Design, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels, with rigorous A/B testing and ROI tracking
Brand & Content: Develop Truvo's brand voice and content strategy, creating compelling narratives that resonate with consumers shopping for insurance
SEO & Organic: Build a long-term organic growth engine through content marketing, SEO, and thought leadership
Partnerships & Distribution: Identify and execute strategic partnerships and distribution channels to drive customer acquisition at scale
Requirements
Metrics Obsessed: You live in dashboards. You can tie every dollar spent to downstream revenue and make data-backed decisions on where to double down or cut
Full-Stack Marketer: You have built marketing functions from scratch — from paid acquisition and SEO to brand and content — and you know how to prioritize when resources are limited
Growth at Scale: 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally at high-growth startups in fintech, insurtech, or consumer marketplaces
Technical Chops: Comfortable with SQL, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. You can pull your own data and build your own reports
Builder and Leader: You will be the first marketing hire. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are ready to build a team as we scale
Nice to Have: Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries. Familiarity with lead generation marketplaces
Head of RevOps
We are looking for a Head of RevOps to build the operational infrastructure that powers our revenue engine.
We are looking for a Head of RevOps to build the operational infrastructure that powers our revenue engine. You will partner closely with our Director of Sales and cross-functional leadership to architect the systems, data pipelines, and processes that turn raw inputs into predictable, scalable revenue. This is a systems and operations role — not a sales role — focused on tooling, data integrity, process design, and cross-functional alignment.
Your Day to Day at Truvo
Revenue Infrastructure: Design and implement the end-to-end RevOps stack — CRM architecture, lead routing logic, pipeline stages, workflow automation, and reporting infrastructure
Data & Analytics: Own revenue data integrity and build the forecasting models, attribution frameworks, and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into performance and unit economics
Process Design: Architect repeatable, scalable workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success — eliminating friction, reducing manual work, and enabling teams to move faster
Systems Integration: Work with engineering and product to connect and optimize the tools across the revenue stack — ensuring clean data flow between lead sources, CRM, quoting platform, and carrier systems
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, product, and finance — ensuring shared definitions, clean handoffs, and unified reporting
AI-Native Operations: Leverage and optimize our AI agents and automation tools to maximize throughput and efficiency across the entire revenue lifecycle
Requirements
RevOps Builder: You have built and scaled revenue operations infrastructure at high-growth startups — ideally from early stage through rapid scaling — and you know what good looks like at every stage
Systems Thinker: You architect scalable systems and processes. CRM mastery, data pipeline design, and cross-functional workflow optimization are second nature
Data-Driven: You live in the numbers — attribution, conversion rates, LTV, CAC, pipeline velocity. You build the models and dashboards that drive decisions
Speed and Urgency: You thrive in fast-moving environments and can stand up a functioning RevOps infrastructure in weeks, not quarters
Experienced Operator: 5+ years in revenue operations, business operations, or growth operations at high-growth startups, with a track record of driving measurable operational impact
Nice to Have: Experience in insurance, financial services, or lead generation. Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and voice AI systems
Founding Engineer
We are looking for a Founding Engineer to go deep on AI agents and models — working on messy, high-impact problems that most people would walk away from, shipping from day one, and owning what you build end to end.

Your Day to Day at Truvo
Deep Interactions: Sit with our insurance team and build AI agents to automate workflows, plus models to deeply understand insurance carrier appetite
API Integration: Construct deep API integrations into insurance carriers
Shipping from Day One: Deploy to production and move extremely quickly, while taking full responsibility for your projects
Requirements
Problem Solver: You love working on messy, high-impact problems that most people would walk away from
Builder and Owner: You take ideas from zero to one quickly. You thrive in ambiguity, figure things out, and ship
Applied AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents — building, fine-tuning, or deploying them in production
Systems Thinker: Comfortable with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation. Insurance runs on legacy rails — you will help us rewire them
Scrappy Engineer: Strong software engineering background. Experience building production-grade systems, not just prototypes
Nice to Have: Exposure to fintech/insurtech, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, or workflow automation
Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to be on the front lines — closing deals, advising customers, and helping shape how AI and humans work together to deliver an insurance experience that has never existed before.

We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to be on the front lines — closing deals, advising customers, and helping shape how AI and humans work together to deliver an insurance experience that has never existed before.
Your Day to Day at Truvo
Closing Deals: Working warm leads, quoting across multiple carriers, and binding policies — auto, home, renters, pet
Customer Advisory: Helping customers understand their coverage options and making sure they are actually protected, not just cheaply insured
AI Collaboration: Working alongside our AI agents — providing feedback that makes them better, stepping in where human judgment matters
Book Building: Growing and retaining your book of business with renewals, cross-sells, and genuine customer relationships
Requirements
Licensed: Active P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Closer: Proven track record in insurance sales or high-velocity phone sales
Customer-First: You actually care about getting people the right coverage, not just the cheapest quote
Comfortable with Tech: You do not need to code, but you are comfortable with new tools and AI-assisted workflows
Hungry: You want to be early at a company that is going to change an entire industry
Nice to Have: Multi-line experience (auto + home/renters), familiarity with comparative raters, or experience at an insurtech
Head of Partnerships
We are looking for our first Head of Partnerships to own and build our referral and embedded distribution channel from zero.

We are looking for our first Head of Partnerships to own and build our referral and embedded distribution channel from zero. Insurance's biggest growth lever isn't paid ads — it's trusted referrals from the people consumers already work with: car dealers, loan officers, property managers, fintechs, and tax professionals. You will write the playbook, run the pipeline, and turn this into the company's largest acquisition engine.
Your Day to Day at Truvo
Build the Playbook: Define target verticals, outreach sequences, pitch decks, partner onboarding flows, and success metrics from scratch
Run the Pipeline: 50+ partner conversations a month across auto dealers, loan officers, property managers, fintechs, and tax professionals — you own sourcing, qualification, and close
Close and Onboard: Sign agreements, get partners live on the Truvo portal, and track conversions and revenue attribution
Scale with AI: Use outbound tooling, automation, and our AI agents to punch far above your weight — no SDR team required
Partner with Product: Translate partner feedback into product requirements; work with engineering on the features that unlock new verticals
Own the Numbers: Conversion rates, revenue per partner, pipeline health — you live in the dashboards and know your channel cold
Requirements
BD Background: 2–5 years in BD, partnerships, or sales at a fintech, insurtech, or insurance company
Network: Existing relationships in at least one target vertical — auto dealers, mortgage/lending, fintech, or property management. Warm intros beat cold outreach every time
Hustle: You build lists, write cold emails, make calls, and treat a "no" as a "not yet"
Builder Mindset: Excited to operate at a small startup where nothing is defined yet, and that's the point
Nice to Have: Insurance industry background, experience running affiliate or referral programs, familiarity with API/widget-based partner integrations
Head of Analytics
We are looking for a Head of Analytics to own the numbers that drive every major decision at Truvo — from how much we spend acquiring customers, to which states and products we launch next, to how we deploy our AI sales agents.

Your Day to Day at Truvo
Unit Economics & Modelling: Own the LTV, CAC, contribution margin, and payback models that drive how we deploy capital. Iterate weekly as new data lands.
Acquisition Optimisation: Partner with growth to scale paid acquisition responsibly — bidding modifiers, channel mix, audience targeting, geo and product cuts. Every dollar tied to measurable downstream economics.
Sales Productivity: Diagnose what makes our AI and human sales agents convert. Surface the levers (lead quality, routing, scripts, timing) and quantify their impact.
Launch Prioritisation: Replace gut with models. Decide which states, products, and channels we launch into based on expected unit economics and market structure.
Experimentation: Stand up the A/B testing and measurement framework. Run rigorous experiments across acquisition, conversion, and retention — and translate results into decisions, fast.
Build the Function: Set up the data stack, internal dashboards, and reporting cadences. Hire 1–2 analysts as we scale.
Requirements
Metrics Obsessed: You live in models and dashboards. You can tie any decision to a number and know which numbers actually matter.
Hands-On Modeller: You build LTV / CAC / margin models yourself in SQL and Python (or similar). You don't outsource the math.
Real-Money Judgment: You have driven real spend decisions on imperfect data. You know when a directional signal is enough and when to wait for significance.
Performance Marketing Fluency: You have owned or tightly partnered with paid acquisition — bidding strategies, attribution, channel-level ROAS optimisation.
Builder and Leader: 5+ years of analytics / data science / growth experience, ideally at a high-growth consumer or marketplace startup. You will be the first analytics hire — you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are ready to build a team as we scale.
AI-Native: You use LLMs and agents as a multiplier on your own output. Comfortable in a company where AI is built into every function.
Nice to Have: Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, or other regulated consumer industries. Marketplace / two-sided platform analytics. Causal inference and geo-experiment experience.
